Fear of Flying

Dr. Dyan has found the greatest success in helping those with a fear of flying by getting a thorough history and then helping individuals to learn self-hypnosis in a way that utilizes multiple strategies for processing visual, auditory, and sensory information to transform the fear into choice, empowerment, and calm.

She generally finds that only a few sessions are needed in order to support clients in getting some substantial tools to dramatically improve this fear.
