Dream work

Raised by a Jungian psychologist mother, Dr. Dyan began working with dreams at a very young age. Her fascination with visual imagery and the search for meaning motivated Dr. Dyan to earn her Bachelors of Fine Art degree from Rhode Island School of Design.

Later, when deciding to pursue getting her Ph.D. in Psychology, she chose the Humanistically oriented, Saybrook University, where she continued to study dream analysis techniques under the mentorship of the renowned psychologist and researcher, Stanley Krippner, Ph.D..

She has run dream groups using various dream work techniques, has helped clients to use lucid dreaming and hypnotic strategies to overcome nightmares or for healing purposes, and has supported clients using various dream work methods to gain insights and integration between the conscious and unconscious minds.

Dr. Dyan has created a package of self-hypnosis downloads, that can empower you with self-hypnosis to help you sleep, including a recording that focuses on dreams for therapeutic value. The 9 Weeks to Sound Sleep Self-Hypnosis System package includes seven different sleep self-hypnosis mp3’s, a series of quick How-To Use Your Self-Hypnosis Videos, a full color eBook, and many exclusive bonuses. One of the audio recordings that you may find especially powerful is the “Dream Imagery Sleep Self-Hypnosis.” That self-hypnosis strategy helps you to direct your unconscious mind to choose or identify a specific image or metaphor that can give you important information about what you need to care for, support, and heal yourself. This allows you to create a profound dialogue between your conscious and unconscious minds in a unique way!
